At the beginning of the project, we adopted a standard export solution:
**one complete school desk and chair set packed in one carton**.

This method offers clear advantages:

* Easy installation for schools
* Lower risk of missing parts
* Suitable for small orders or retail distribution

Based on this plan, we calculated the carton quantity and container loading capacity for the customer.

After loading the first container, the customer reviewed the shipping cost and found that
**while the packing was neat, the container space utilization was not optimal**, resulting in higher transportation costs per unit.

After detailed communication, the customer requested a change:
👉 **ship the products in knock-down (loose) packing to maximize container space.**

### **The Tough Decision: Unpacking and Reloading**

For products that were already fully packed, switching to loose packing meant:

* Significantly increased labor
* More complex packing and protection work
* Higher requirements for container loading

Despite the difficulty, we did not reject the request.

After careful evaluation, **Comnenir decided to follow the customer’s new requirement**, unpacked the products, and redesigned the container loading solution to ensure safety during long-distance sea transportation.
