As Chinese New Year approaches, the Comnenir sales team held its final working-day meeting before the holiday. Instead of focusing on performance review, the meeting was dedicated to arranging detailed work plans for the holiday period.

While Chinese New Year is the most important traditional festival in China, global markets do not pause for holidays.

## Holiday Does Not Mean Service Stops

During the meeting, we discussed:

* Customer inquiry response mechanisms

* Follow-up for ongoing orders

* Internal communication for urgent matters

* Coordination between production and logistics

We made it clear:

> During the holiday, all sales representatives will remain online and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Because overseas projects continue — regardless of holidays in China.

## Responsibility Builds Trust

In international trade, responsiveness and communication efficiency are essential for building trust.

For school furniture projects in particular, procurement schedules are often linked to school opening timelines, where delays can have significant impact.

At Comnenir, we believe:

> Service is not limited to working hours,

> but defined by when our clients need us.

## A Young and Dynamic Team

Comnenir’s sales team consists of 15 members, most of whom were born in the 1990s and 2000s. Youth brings energy, efficiency, and a strong service mindset.

While celebrating Chinese New Year, we remain committed to supporting our global partners.

## Holiday or Not, We Stay Connected

Chinese New Year represents reunion — and responsibility.

We sincerely thank our clients for their continued trust and support.

No matter the season, we are always online.
