Recently, a Russian school project contractor traveled to China to visit the Comnenir school furniture manufacturing facility. This visit was more than a business meeting — it was a step toward building long-term trust and cooperation.

## Professional Reception from Day One

Upon arrival in Beijing, we arranged an experienced Russian interpreter and personally welcomed the client at their hotel. As their flight arrived at midnight, we also pre-booked a hotel to ensure they could rest before starting the factory tour.

To express our respect and sincerity, we prepared traditional Chinese gifts upon our first meeting.

We believe that real cooperation begins even before the client steps into the factory.

## Factory Tour and Production Capacity Evaluation

During the journey to our factory, we learned that the client specializes in Russian school construction projects and places strong emphasis on supplier stability and production capability.

Although many workers were on leave due to the Chinese New Year holiday, the client was still able to evaluate our production system, equipment scale, and operational management. They highly recognized our factory’s overall capacity and structure.

For school projects, supply reliability is crucial.

## Beyond Price: Long-Term Partnership

Over lunch, we discussed market trends in Russian school projects and explored future cooperation opportunities.

The client emphasized:

> Stability and long-term cooperation matter more than price alone.

As entrepreneurs of similar age, we shared the same vision — to grow our business further and build a lasting partnership.

## On-Site Visits Build Real Trust

In international trade, online communication builds connections, but real trust often comes from on-site visits and face-to-face conversations.

Comnenir welcomes partners from around the world to visit our factory. We believe that transparency, stable delivery capability, and long-term commitment are the foundation of successful international projects.
