In international trade, no factory can claim to be perfect.
What truly matters is **how mistakes are handled when they happen**.

More than ten years ago, we began working with a client from Israel on a customized **height-adjustable chair** designed for school use. At that time, due to limited experience with this structure, we made an incorrect decision in selecting a plastic component.

As a result, the chair could only be adjusted using professional tools, making it impossible for teachers or students to adjust the height by hand.
This significantly affected usability and caused the client considerable financial loss.

Understandably, the client was extremely upset and told us this mistake could cost him tens of thousands of dollars.
Instead of avoiding responsibility, we communicated openly and committed to compensating the loss through future orders.

In the end, the chairs had to be sold as non-adjustable products, and the client absorbed the initial loss.
In subsequent orders, we fully resolved the design issue and gradually compensated the client through price adjustments.

Ironically, this imperfect experience became the foundation of a stronger partnership.
Over the years, we developed a deeper understanding of each other’s expectations, pain points, and working styles — leading to a long and successful cooperation.

Unfortunately, due to the outbreak of the Israel–Palestine conflict, our cooperation had to be temporarily paused.
Even so, we continue to stay in touch and firmly believe that peace will return — and with it, future cooperation.

At **Comnenir**, we believe that
**long-term partnerships are not built on perfection, but on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
