We know that experimental benches are divided into all-steel structure, steel-wood structure, all-wood structure, etc., and the experimental bench tops also include ceramic plates, epoxy resin plates, Trespa boards, solid physical and chemical boards, marble boards, and stainless steel It is made of materials such as boards, etc. In terms of the use, cleaning and maintenance of the experimental bench, it must also be maintained according to the materials and functions.
Although experimental benches are equipped with anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistance properties, long-term exposure to acid-alkali corrosion and high-temperature environments will shorten the service life of the experimental bench. Therefore, we would like to remind you that the following points should be paid attention to when maintaining the experimental bench:
A. It is not advisable to leave the experimental bench in a humid environment with a temperature higher than 135°C for a long time;
B. It should be noted that the experimental bench cannot be in direct contact with high-temperature items such as flames, molten metal, metal sparks, etc.;
C. Do not use sharp/sharp hard objects to scratch the experimental bench top;
D. Place items on the table correctly, and place flame-generating appliances such as gas lamps and alcohol lamps on tripods;
E. Avoid prolonged sun exposure to avoid affecting its appearance or molten metal;
F. When cleaning, use acetone or a mild detergent, and try to use warm water; for more stubborn stains, you can use hypochlorous acid to clean the stains, and avoid scratching with sharp and sharp objects;
G. Open windows regularly for ventilation to ensure air quality and the working environment of staff.
