At today’s morning meeting, Comnenir’s sales team reported two recent customer complaints.
The first case came from a domestic school that found some chair seats were slightly too high after installation, making students feel uncomfortable. Our sales staff promptly advised the school that simply applying weight—such as an adult sitting on the chair—would adjust the seat to the proper height, resolving the issue immediately.
The second complaint was from Russia, where children are generally heavier and very active. This led to damage at the joint of some chairs. Comnenir quickly responded by arranging to send replacement parts, allowing the school to repair and continue using the chairs without delay.
A company spokesperson stated: “Any product may encounter issues during use, but with Comnenir, our clients can be assured—we take full responsibility and always stand behind our products.”
